Return policy:

For sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges for our items.

Faulty Products:


If an item may be considered faulty, please email indicating your name, order number, and a photo of the product. Faulty items need to be addressed within 3 days of receipt. If the product is deemed faulty by private label, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.


Mistake or Damaged Order:


Please email within 3 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 14 days from delivery date.

Our business operating hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Standard Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days from date of payment. 

  • Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.

  • Due to the high volume during the holidays and after promotions, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to process.


Within Australia

If you order using our regular shipping service, please allow 3-6 business days for your parcel to arrive from time of processing.

If you order using our express shipping service, although we endeavour to have your products delivered the next business day, please allow 1-2 business days for your parcel to arrive from time of processing.

Private label is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact within 10 days from the last scanned date. 

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender.

Private label is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.

Private label has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed. 


Order Cancellation & Changes:

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled.


International Orders:

If you order using our regular shipping service, please allow 10-14 business days for your parcel to arrive from time of processing. If you order using our express shipping service, please allow up to 4-6 business days for your parcel to arrive from time of processing. 

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Private label does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Offers & Promotions:

Private label occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions please enter the promotional code during checkout. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your cart. Only one promotional code may be used per online order and does not apply to certain products, gifts or sets. Coupon code

If you receive any damaged promotional products, please address your concern to .
